DO NOT SUBMIT)<\/p>\n Festival SCJM Form JR-3-13<\/a><\/p>\n Students participating in Federated Festival must:<\/p>\n Literature<\/b><\/p>\n Festival Ratings<\/b><\/p>\n Students receive one of the following ratings:<\/p>\n Ratings earn points toward the NFMC Gold Cup program. Students who earn a Superior<\/b> rating are generally expected to advance to the next class the following year unless otherwise noted in the NFMC Bulletin.<\/p>\n Scheduling<\/b><\/p>\n Festival Day<\/b><\/p>\n Scholarships<\/b><\/p>\n Eligible students may qualify for district scholarships in selected categories, including piano, voice, strings, guitar, and wind instruments. Scholarship eligibility, award amounts, and requirements vary by district and are determined annually.<\/p>\n Please Note:<\/b> All festival procedures are governed by the current NFMC Junior Festivals Bulletin.
